Weekly Update April 1, 2026 - Holy Week

"For everyone who asks receives, and the one who seeks finds, and to the one who knocks it will be opened."
Matthew 7:8 ESV

Hey Church!
Hope and pray that you're having a great week so far! We are so very thankful for what the Lord is doing in and through Creation Church.
Here are some of the highlights of what's going on this week:

Easter Sunday April 5th, 2026

We're inviting you to a special Easter Service this Sunday, April 5 @ 10 AM at the Thompson Public School Auditorium. We believe that the Good News of Jesus Christ is Good News for everyone. God is not angry with you! He loves you and has an incredible plan for each of our lives. This Easter Sunday we are  going to have a celebration, with songs, an encouraging speaker and a special family photo booth.

Please plan to join us!
No ticket required for this event.
We have a seat for you & your family.

Easter Parking

Here is a map for the parking situation at Thompson High School. It is the same as past years and we will have people directing cars along the way as well. We will have handicap spots added by the front doors for those with a tag. We look forward to seeing you!

Prayer Wall

We believe that prayer is a powerful spiritual action when many times it may feel like a weak or even helpless act. We invite you to fill out a prayer tag and leave it on our Prayer Wall in the front lobby on Easter. Take the step to fill out a tag as a physical representation of giving your burdens to God because we believe He will carry us through them. These tags will be prayed over, loved on, and we are expecting God to move in these areas.

We look forward to making this a permanent piece of our church and are excited to see how God will use this as another way for our church body to connect and support each other!

Good Friday Service This Friday - April 3rd @ 6 PM

Good Friday is “good” because as terrible as that day was, it had to happen for us to receive the joy of Easter.  Without that awful day of suffering, sorrow, and shed blood at the cross, God could not be both “just and the justifier” of those who trust in Jesus (Romans 3:26). Paradoxically, the day that seemed to be the greatest triumph of evil was actually the death blow in God’s gloriously good plan to redeem the world from bondage.
