Thank you so much for being a part of our Summer Outdoor Service in June! Tomorrow is the big day so we wanted to include some information to keep everyone on the same page.

Shout out to the true heroes of our Outside Services! Thank you so much for being available. You guys carry the weight of this event& we can't thank you enough. Here's the plan:

9:30 Fire up grill & flattop
10:00 Start Cooking
10:30 Fire Up sterno heaters in the Fellowship Hall
11:00 Start Serving

We went heavy on the meats (hamburger & hotdogs) but we trust you guys souse your best judgement on quantities. Extras are fine as we'll send them home with folks in need. We'll do our best to get you a head count around 10:30 AM. 

 We SHOULD have everything you need prepped & in the kitchen. Take a look and let us know if there's anything you think you might need that's NOT on this list:

Thank you so much for bringing a dish to share with the church family! Please bring your dish into the Fellowship hall & back to the kitchen. In the kitchen find a fridge if you're dish requires staying cold until serving time. Anything that doesn't need to stay cool can go right out onto the serving line in the main fellowship hall. We have our own serving utensils so no need to bring your own 

Our set up team will put your dish out prior to the close of the service (with serving utensils) so all that we ask is that you grab your dish after the event or the following Sunday. Our Clean Up Team will either portion out any remaining dishes to go home with families in need or wash our empty dishes.

You guys are the best! These services don't happen without people like you. Thank you so much and we look forward to an awesome day tomorrow.
